He answered all my questions and explained everything he was doing. He then provided an additional service of replacing the kitchen faucet and inspecting my water heaters. EXCELLENT SERVICE. Oh my gosh, I cannot say enough about Legacy. Ramone was absolutely amazing. Fixed my issue quickly and even helped out with other things that had been unresolved for literal years. I am so grateful and I really appreciate the service I got today. Whole experience was great from booking appointment online to the finished repair. Plumber Nicholas Sanchez was perfect--friendly, professional, and thorough. He solved our blocked hot water line in the shower, and replaced the valve with minimal disruption & flushed the water heater. Nicholas explained clearly what he was doing and why. Work was performed per the quote given at the start. I'm a very happy customer.
