I came in while training for a 10k, struggling with knee pain that was starting to sideline me. From my first visit, Mike and team made me feel heard and taken care of. They quickly zeroed in on what was causing the pain and set me up with a focused plan that worked wonders. I’m now back to running pain-free and feeling stronger than ever. Genuinely a 10/10 experience—professional, welcoming, and most importantly, effective. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay active and injury-free.
Absolutely love Ignite and Dr. Mike! Mike is patient, knowledgeable and very focused on treating his patients. He listened to my goals, the different issues that arose between visits and set realistic expectations for treatment. After neck and a tendon repair surgery in December, I was facing a long recovery. Dr. Mike treated both issues and as of early June released me to normal activities. I finally get to work out again with confidence.
