I’ve been coming to this location for 5 years now, and it’s definitely my favorite Great Clips. I try to avoid peak hours, and I’ve always found the staff here to be super accommodating and nice. I usually just go with whoever is available, but last time I had Ericka and she did a fantastic job. She really took the time to look at the reference photo I brought in

I love Great clips and it’s only a block away from my house which is really convenient. I’ve been going to this certain Great clips for about 10 years now and have this great little haircutter Quy who does an excellent job on my hair every time. After a while, they get to be like family and it’s always a pleasure to get my haircut. The people there are courteous and friendly and actually do a good job and I would recommend them to anybody in the Dallas Fort Worth area. I live in Little Elm and so the one at town Crossing is my go to salon.

I had a wonderful experience at Great Clips! The staff was friendly, the salon was clean, and the service was very efficient. Erika was fantastic extremely professional, attentive, and made sure my haircut was perfect. Highly recommend visiting this Great Clips and asking for Erika!
