I dealt with Chris (the owner) and felt very comfortable from the initial meeting with him. He (and his crew) were very professional and did exactly what they said they would. I did not get hit with any change orders or unforeseen condition costs which was a concern of mine. I had Chris price up and add chimney caps, repair ventilation flutes in the attic and extend some venting pipes that were originally installed and terminated in the attic with a Swedish cap suppressor. These were all separate and out of the scope of the original roof contract. Chris was extremely fair in the pricing of those extras and did an excellent job on all.I would definitely recommend Chris Olsen for home improvement and roofing projects. I have a few other upcoming home projects that I will, at a minimum, have him price up for me.Services: Home repairs

This was our first visit, but will not be the last. Course condition is immaculate, but very challenging. The scenery and abundant wildlife make it very unique experience to be so close to the hustle of the dfw. Overall a 10/10 golf course.
