Best. You will know they are pros and use them again. Very fair pricing too. People pay attention to cost a lot which is understandable. Thomson is well run. Special K ( I call her ) is awesome on the phone and customer service. They don’t gouge you or surprise you with any extra service offers. They get it done right.
We had a water line break that flooded half of the back yard before we discovered it. It was around 5:30pm when we saw it and remembered using Thomsons Plumbing once before. After calling their phone number, we were told by the lady that they were closed, but she would try and reach one of their employees that was finishing his last job of the day and see if he could come by. It wasn't a half-hour later that Jansen arrived and shut off our water valve and went to work. In no time at all he found the leak, dug it up (careful not to destroy my St. Augustine grass while digging to expose the leaking pipe). Jesse came out on same day I called in with a leak under the kitchen sink. Was not an easy fix but somehow he had it done in 1.5 hrs. Call Thomson's plumbing if you have issues. I'll use them again, and I'll be asking for Jesse to come out.
