We suddenly noticed today that our air was running constantly in the house. Our coils were frozen over and the air was not coming out of the vents cool at all. Of course, it’s an extremely HOT day and we needed/wanted a quick fix. I hopped on google and found MSC and had Guy out to the house in about an hour. He was AMAZING for both getting my air back up and running in a timely manner AND he was the best with my kids. I had one having a meltdown, one asking what was wrong, and one saying “hi” while watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. He emphasized with me on the meltdown, compromised with my nosy one, and danced to the Mickey Mouse song with the youngest. On top of fixing my issues in a timely manner, the pricing was very fair for an emergency call on hot Saturday! We will keep MSC in our phones for future reference and recommendations!!!
