Dr. Koten and his staff are friendly and make you feel that you have made the right choice, when caring for your pet. Prices are great, and services they offer are 2nd to none, Would strongly recommend this veterinarian, along with his staff if you love your animals. I have used this vet for years now.

This animal clinic is magnificent! Very organized with super management and efficiency. My pit- boxer mix was having some side effects from rat poison ingestion after being seen in a,South Tyler clinic the night before. Most clinics had no vet available or were booked with appts. and did not consider the need for emergent care that I was conveying. Emergency clinic was unavailable as they only open after the clinics close. Dr. Koten's office answers answers the phone with emergency or can you hold? They kept him overnight as he was having severe sensitivity along his back and treated with pain meds, anti inflammatories, fluids. He was his old self the next am! I am forever grateful for Dr. Koten's expertise and his super friendly and caring staff. A very well rounded vet who takes care of livestock and small animals. I will be using this clinic for all my pets' needs in the future. And a special thanks to Anthony, the tech, who called me exactly at closing and opening times for updates on his condition!

Dr. Koten and his staff are absolutely amazing. I could ask for better care for my horses and dogs. They are the type that remember my babies' names and treat them like they their family, too. I am forever grateful for Dr. Koten, who has saved soooo many of my babies.

They are amazing. Everyone was so kind and helpful!! They gave me a lot of information to help me with my animals. I was expecting a huge bill for the work that was done and was quite surprised when it wasn't. I feel like they are the best kept secret in East Texas.

First calf Heifer in trouble while berthing, the team arrived as soon as they could, the vet and two assistants worked with her until the complete birth of our large bull calf. Thank you for saving our heifer's life. These folks never gave up! Thank you very much!

My first time here, They were able to get me in the same day, which I really appreciate! My dog is my baby and I was super worried for her. They’re really nice people and give kind of family vibes which is nice. I def Recommend!
