Air-conditioning stopped working. Called them and a nice lady said she would get them to call me. Called me back in less than 10 minutes. Was at my house in less than 30 minutes! We needed a new inside and outside unit. I knew we did because old unit was nearly 20 years old. They ordered what we needed and did a complete new system in less than 3 days! Plus they saved us over 11 thousand dollars. They are a little bit out in the country just a mile or so from I-20. Nothing fancy, low overhead. I think they are a little gem! I guess that's how they are able to save us so much money. From now on I will use nobody else except GLACIER!

These guys are excellent. We needed a new thermostat and it wasn't a quick fix apparently. The technician was extremely polite and helpful and got everything taken care of for us to get our AC working again. We won't be using anyone else in the future.
