I just had two Faithco AC service people look at my AC unit in July. They were doing a semi-annual checkup. Now, in September, I paid $430 to have algae, or some buildup, removed from the drain line! Looking for a different service company now.
I thought it was a little overpriced. Cannot downplay the service though. The technician (Taylor) arrived promptly, took care of the problem, and offered advice on future preventative measures.
We are very happy with the work that Steven is assistant did putting in the control board. He had it in a no time the air conditioner is working perfect and we want to thank you very much.
