James was quick, courteous, and got the job done with ease. We've got a place out in the country where building codes and standards don't exist. Iykyk. James came in figured out wth the builder Mickey mouse, and then fixed it to be the way it is supposed to be. And did it right the first time unlike the last plumber I called. I will definitely call him for my next plumbing problem.
I feel bad for not reviewing Dixie sooner! Back after Winter Storm Yuri in 2021, Dixie came out and replaced some spigots for me. It was still bitter cold and they'd been all over East Texas that day, probably providing others with 5-star plumbing service, but he fit me in at the end of the day and did a better job than I expected, for a better price than he'd estimated to me over the phone. Nobody hopes to need a plumber, but if you do ever need one, Dixie should be your choice! I've referred them multiple times to people who've asked, and will continue to vouch for James and anybody he has in his employ.
