I want to start out by saying when the urgent care was there I had been there 2 times and both experiences were awful long waits, lack of acMy 2 year old had been sick for 6 days and I wanted answers so I brought him in. The check in process was simple and the staff at the front were friendly.The nurse that took us back was friendly and helpful.The PA we saw was fun and made my son very comfortable. I was very pleased with our experience. Thank you for helping my baby feel better!

Ashley and Lindsey are amazing! As well as the lady at the front desk and the doctor who saw my boyfriend. He was taken care of immediately and the empathy and compassion shown towards us was amazing! Patient care is a top priority here and it really shows. Keep up the great work

The website says they open a 7am but no where does it say the walk-in part of the clinic opens at 8 am. So myself and a lot of other people arrived at 7am and had to wait an hour. The people at the front desk says this happens every day but no one will fix the problem. This is my only complaint and all the doctors and nurses and staff that work here are awesome!
