I absolutely 100% recommend Big Star Water Wells out of Lindale. Anthony went WAY above & beyond my expectations for my situation! He went to my site in Whitehouse to assess whether I should consider resuscitation of an old abandoned well ... at no charge. When it was time to bring it back to life, Anthony promptly returned with all necessary equipment. After removing the old pump & motor, he determined it wouldn't provide sufficient water for my needs. We together decided to abort the plan. Again, he did not charge anything. Anthony with Big Star just replaced the pump in my irrigation well. Prompt reply to my initial call. Excellent Communication about arrival time. Extremely friendly. Gave me the possible causes for the reduced pressure from my pump. Arrived for what turned out to be a pump replacement with EVERYTHING required to perform the job.
I could not have asked for a better job.
