Lacey has been wonderful to work with. She guided us through a black hole in communications dealing with the problem at hand. If not for her efforts, we would still be in the dark. If you find yourself needing help, she is the best.
Great experience. No judgments or negativity. Just understanding and compassion for my situation. They are very easy to work with and definitely explained more than the jail did. No one wants to be in these situations but Lacey was a straight shooter and helped as much as she could.
