Went to mccoys to pick up some 12x24s and an employee named Ray walked me threw the process and helped me every chance possible. extremely good person, awesome work ethic and amazingly knowledgeable about the yard and products.

I had a very disappointing customer service experience. The cashier named Maddie completely ignored me. I didn’t realize she was on a call, but at no point did she make eye contact or let me know I needed to wait. Once the call ended, she simply ignored me and proceeded to help another customer who wasn’t even in line. Her colleague, whose name I couldn’t see, was equally rude. People who lack this level of respect and empathy should not be in customer-facing roles. I suggest reinforcing customer service protocols, especially around respectful and courteous communication—even during busy times. A simple “please hold on a moment” can make all the difference.
