Keith told me right up front the fees involved. He got right into the computer and had it fixed late on Friday. I couldn't pick up on Friday night so the Owner's sister came in on Saturday just to get me my machine. Fantastic service! Amazing. You just don't see that anywhere else!
Keith was cool, excellent communication. I brought in my HP all-in-one desktop that wouldn’t boot, and he diagnosed and fixed it quickly. It’s rare to receive this kind of value and honesty. I’m so grateful I found Liberty Hill Computer and would recommend Keith to anyone.
Had a really weird thing happen to a laptop.....could not figure it out, even used AI to no avail....did a search for 'computer repair near me' and five locations came up.....called each of them and Liberty Hill Computer is the only one that answered the phone (a good business practice)....Leah was very personable and after I told her my tale, she said bring it in which I did around noon....the shop is very easy to find and a nice clean space.....Leah indicated that one of the techs or the owner would look at it and let me know there were other orders ahead of mine and at best, probably a next day turn around.....I got a call from Keith around 4:00 and he said... read full review
