AC went out. Outside unit was humming, but fan was not spinning. Called Ken early in the morning and he showed up within an hour. No scheduling for an appointment days later as other places quoted. He showed up and had me walk him to the unit. He was quick to assess the issue. Tested the capacitor and showed me the blade! It was rusted and difficult to moved by hand. He was transparent about the issue (new motor needed) and made a few calls to pick-up the part. AC is much quieter now and we're no longer sweating and resorting to room fans circulating warm air in this Texas heat! Thanks for coming to the rescue Ken!

Came home to a hot house, called Ken, within a couple hours our house is cooling back down. So grateful my family isn't baking in this house any longer than absolutely necessary. 10/10 recommend!

Highly recommend! They came out the same day since my pets and I were without a/c, was able to fix the unit, did not get annoyed with all my questions, taught me a few things about my a/c unit and were very knowledgeable, fair, honest and responsive.
