Call them!! had a brand new AC put in by another company. it wasn't totally a bad install, however they failed to clean some stuff on the inside. We had Kens Kooling came and installed a Reme Halo and they cleaned the inside of the unit for me. if you haven't heard of Reme Halo its a must. LOOK IT UP you won't be sorry.
Extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and trustworthy. After struggling with my HVAC for months after the Texas freeze of 2021, I called on Ken's Kooling to help me with my freezing over air handler. After diagnosing the coolant leak, they took every step imaginable to try to salvage the equipment I already had, but it was already a lost cause after multiple sources of failure that could not be repaired for less than replacement of the unit. it was a tight fit, but they managed to not only find a replacement unit for installation the next day, but a drastically more efficient unit with a smaller width that actually improved the fit in my utility closet. These guys are miracle workers, extremely knowledgeable, and eager to share the wisdom of their trade to those with an eager ear.
I've been calling on Ken and crew for over 8 years now and they're my go to guys for Ac and heat. They've always been dependable, affordable and stand by their work. Would give 10 stars if I could, highly recommend.
