Dr.Yi-Lin chao took great care of me during my visit. He listened patiently, asked clear questions about my issues, and explained everything clearly. I felt comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend him and am very happy with the experience.
I had an appointment with Dr. Chao. He was very kind and professional. The staff at the facility were very gentle, except for the doctor's assistant, who was very unfriendly. After that, everything was fine.
