Austin Regional Clinic: ARC Liberty Hill

Highly recommended. My family receives primary care here including myself, wife, elderly mother (family medicine physician, Patel), and newborn daughter (pediatrician, Winful). This clinic exceeds all expectations in facilities and care. The ARC online portal is pretty good too, relative to other patient portal / EMR systems.

So Far have had several follow-ups, book early, and usually never waited over fifteen minutes to get in. From recently moving into the area; it's a decent location out of the many they have around Austin. Only negative this faciality has had issues with is sending/receiving my medical documents in a timely manner (Two/Three Weeks looks to be the Norm). So defiantly call ahead often to make sure transfers went through before committing to a date.

The Liberty Hill office was great!! I thought I booked my appointment for today, but I didn’t realize I actually booked it for tomorrow. I was so thankful that they squeezed me in anyway. Everyone was so friendly. So glad I went there today instead of any other branch.
