We have changed countertops for multiple homes over the years and have worked with different sales representatives. Frank Sapien has been undoubtedly the best person we have worked with. He is consistently responsive, diligent and goes out of the way to ensure the experience is as smooth as possible. We had a pretty big job with replacing the countertops for the whole house and Frank visited the job site everyday and even spent multiple hours each day ensuring things were going well. I’ve continually used Allied for my own personal use as well as all of my customers and they have always done a fantastic job. This one time I thought I’d save some money and go with a local Georgetown granite company who then delivered a subpar material that stained everywhere immediately. After trying to resolve the matters with them we gave up as they were totally unprofessional. Allie, I’d stepped in and replaced the tops and they are absolutely beautiful and resistant as they should be. Don’t waste your time with anyone else and stick with Allied. Helpful, quick response and execution time. Had a DIY kitchen island project. Their team gave me pointers on the base cabinet and installed the granite counter top perfectly for a very affordable cost.
