I call for a appointment and they were at my house within the hour. They fixed my unit the same day and followed up the next day. Great company!

Thank u for continued amazing services. I bought a unit from All American a few years ago. it not only cooled the house better but my electric bill is lower. But yesterday evening it stopped cooling, I called Tommy at 8pm, he answered and was happy to send someone out in the morning. Brian came this morning and my house is already cooling down greatly. thank u for fast and amazing service. Brian is a great tech. thank u!

I cannot believe what kind of 'service' we got from this man! Referred to us by the prior owner, we spoke with him yesterday with an emergency at our Diner and he promised he would be here this morning at 8:30 to fix our problem so we could open on time. Not only did he not show, but he has yet to answer a phone call or return a call! Because of his lack of professionalism, we had to call another company to come fix it, and all of this delayed our opening for the day, causing a huge loss in our sales for the day! I would not recommend this man to anyone!!1/6/20 - And since I can't respond to your response, I'll do it here...my husband did try to repair it the day before and when he found a leak, he stopped and called you and you said you would be out. I told you we would have a check waiting for you for payment and you had the nerve to not call or show. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable!
