Mark White is not a professional and ghosts every contact you make to him. This is beyond unprofessional but criminal. Requiring customers to file a lawsuit to get any response is the the way this guy operates.

be aware of doing business with them.- When you do, make a document for warranty and everything.- Before and after roof replacement, check your ceiling on attic to see if any nail (sharp side) are out.- After roofing, keep checking your attic ceiling whenever raining.- keep in mind that THEY WILL NOT ANSWER EVEN WHEN YOU FIND ANY LEAK FROM ROOF. this is the most critical problem.
