Mitch and Mary cleaned up our 20 yr old travertine floors with lots of wear from people and dogs and made them look as good as new. Filled multiple holes and hand-cleaned the grout in a large area. They communicated what they would be doing in advance each day, so we knew what to expect and were very quiet and mindful of us while working in the house. They are the owners and took full accountability for a quality job, and even took several additional hours to strip the floors where they found old sealant that had not originally been identified. They answered all of our questions, and were extremely pleasant to work with …highly recommend their services.

Total Floor Care took an old, dirty “dead”Travertine floor and completely brought it back to life! The before and after is just amazing. The care and attention — from hand-cleaning the grout to repairing pits and scratches all the way to sealing — was top notch. And they sealed our granite countertops to boot! I highly recommend their services.
