In June of 2024, I was surprised with a water drainage issue which damaged my kitchen floor and cabinets. After dealing with the plumbing issue, I started working with Regent Restoration on mitigation and restoration. My biggest complaint lies with the insurance company dragging out negotiations on supplements, but I compliment Regent for doing a great job going to bat for me and making sure that I was getting the funding needed to restore my home. Mitigation was done promptly and professionally, and once the restoration began, my home was restored to a state better than it was before.
