Met them in person prior to go over the details of what type of care my two cats needed. Sandy was very professional and friendly at the same time. Communicated everyday while I was away by her sending me update and photos/videos of my babies. Extremely satisfied and grateful for everything they did for my cats. The price was very reasonable and I recommend them to everyone!“
