i love the new manager she is amazing so sweet and an authentic attitude i love it i would buy anything she suggests because she’s just so truthful i love it at the new lewisville tanning management and el was so sweet even new she had the personality i needed ❤️ i love it here now

I just came back to the area after being gone for almost 4 years, and although I didn't tan there on that day because I ran out of time, Ryley (sp?) did take the time to explain everything to me without question. I knew they were closing in 5 minutes, but she never made me feel rushed nor was she ever rude or even annoyed. There are kind people still left in the world and when I get ready to purchase my membership, I will be asking for her. Good job, PBT, these are the types of employees you need at every store.

My first time to this location, came in for a quick tan while traveling in the area. Ella took some extra time to show me the different bed and level options and was just overall such a refreshing personality to work with. I've had some horrible experiences at other PBT locations, but it's reasons like today that I will continue to be a customer, even if only at random. Thank you Ella!
