I’ve been doing aligners with this location for 7 months now! The front desk time is so friendly and answers any questions I have. My orthodontist, Dr. Saleh is amazing! She is so good at what she does. She is friendly,warm , kind and has a big heart. Dr. Saleh gave me a bagel the first time she met me. If anyone needs orthodontic treatment go to Monarch!
Shay was fantastic—friendly, kind, and made me feel very welcomed. Unfortunately, the front desk seemed a bit unorganized. What I was told over the phone didn’t match what the desk workers knew, and another client and I were both told we’d be able to get a cleaning and exam done the same day. Instead, we had to schedule two separate appointments, and when we asked about it, we were met with attitude from the desk staff.
I really keep going to Monarch because of Tracy...my hygienist. She's patient, kind, caring and always professional ?
Dr. Richardson is also a professional and gives excellent care.
