“Possibly one of the better nail appts I have ever booked. I have natural nails and I am a nail biter since childhood. I wanted to get some help with cuticles and shaping and basic nail care. Booked an IBX mani and a regular pedi. Kimberly is extremely knowledgeable and gives you an education on how to care for your nails. I left FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER with zero complaints on my nails, shape, color, etc. everything was as I asked for/what she felt I needed and no rushing to get my seat for someone who was going to do fake nails!
