Patients praise the staff's attentiveness, expertise, and patience, particularly in handling the needs of those with special circumstances. The practice is widely recommended for its superb results and top-notch care.
Everyone at the office are so nice. They explain any test they take you to. They do their best to help you not feel nervous as you move through each part of the exami really like that!
Excellent staff, efficient. Caring, informational doctor! Dr. Frazee has been my ophthalmologist since about 1984.
(I moved to Austin 2006-2014 yet, other than that my eye doctor expert!)
Interaction with staff was good. They didn’t waste time once you were in their care.
My only problem was how long it took to actually get into the room with staff. Not one person moved out of their chair for the first 30 minutes I was in waiting room with 6 other people. My visit took an hour and a half, with most of that time waiting.
