Kim and Tom are almost like family now. I met them a few years back and have been coming to GQ every 2-3 weeks since then. They always do a great job and make sure I’m happy with my nails before I leave. **They are great with my kids and treat my girls like princesses!** My boyfriend will go with us for a pedi often and he loves being able to unwind after a long work week.

Sorry for the long post! I have my reasons ?1-Kim and her staff/family are amazing to work with. I go early on Saturdays usually and I typically get to see Kim, Nancy, and Tom. My nails are amazing 99% of the time. No one is 100% perfect but I’m talking once in a while there’s an insignificant flaw in my nails. Nothing to get upset over.2-regarding the complaint about having to make appointment and they can’t take walk-ins: this is true. They have a full schedule daily and aren’t able to take walk-ins most days. I have to make my apt 2-3 days out to get on their schedule. They make it as simple as possible. I text Kim to schedule.
