The staff is highly praised for their exceptional customer service, being understanding, knowledgeable, and respectful. The office features state-of-the-art technologies, including Optos Optomap dilation-free retinal imaging, and offers convenient scheduling and walk-in appointments. While some patients have reported mixed experiences with the doctors, the staff's excellence and the doctors' knowledge make up for it. The staff at this clinic is beyond top notch! From the call center, helping me to find information and being so understanding about everything. To the two women who greeted me walking in, Christy and Amna who seriously made my experience beyond pleasant and as crazy as it sounds fun! Giving me estimates I didn’t ask for but realized I definitely needed and just being on top of it all. The doctor was very knowledgeable, but seemed extremely distracted. I got lost finding it but it's right inside the Mall next to Dillards! The receptionist was so sweet and Dr. Babin took care of me pretty well. Great banter and great conversationalist! Had an eye exam that parent pretty smooth!
Had a late afternoon appointment with Dr. Brown. Ended up being a few minutes late due to getting turned around in the mall, but the office staff was helpful with directions and didn’t make me feel bad. Process was quick, efficient, and Dr. Brown was very good with being thorough, explaining things, and making sure I had a positive patient experience. Would definitely recommend ??
