I recently had my evaporator coil replaced. Two installers (Issac Rocamontes (lead installer) & Giovany Lopez who assisted were very professional. During this long installation, I was kept updated with their progress. When complete they showed me pictures they had taken to show the work that was done and answered all my questions. They had also covered my carpet on the stairs. A#1 Air has been the only air conditioning company I have called. Thank you, A#1 Air
David L. came to troubleshoot a mysterious problem with our furnace. It was short-cycling even after we had replaced the main circuit board. It was dropping voltage—turning on and off every 5 to 10 seconds. After checking, everything, it might possibly be, he discovered a loose connection in one of the wiring harnesses.
