Eyebrows are fine but the customer service from meena was extremely horrible very rude

Walked in at 630pm, an older lady came from the back and was told to take a seat, that was no problem, about 5 mins later an she came out of the back again and proceeded to do my eyebrows. While doing my eyebrows she let me know that she had a customer in the back she was waxing. Then she proceeded to tell me they close at 7pm and that I came to close to closing, and she was busy waxing the other customer and had to pause with her to help me. I was so caught off guard why she felt the need to tell me this while in the middle of my service. Why not just lock the door at 630pm or she could have turned me away at the door, if she doesn’t want to service anyone after that time. She made me feel like I was inconveniencing her because she was still working on another customer. When I went to pay she Also was very pushy about adding a custom total on the bill because she wanted a tip. I use to come to this shop all the time until another woman there messed up my eyebrow tint and stained my face. It’s been about a year since I had been back and was wanting to give this shop another try but after this experience I will not be going back and I will not be recommending them to anyone. To be clear this is the Ibrow bar next to the HEB between bandera and Evers

I drove almost an hour to get there. This was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded in the San Antonio area. I've never had such a painless experience before. Ms. Shumi is an expert with all their services. Even her full face waxing was quick and painless. I'll def be coming back here the next time i'm in the san antonio area.

I highly recommend everyone come here. I usually only get my eyebrows threaded but today I got my whole face done. Shamim is the nicest lady ever and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face. I love it here!!

I’ve been going here for seven years within the seven years. I’ve had up-and-down experiences, but I am no longer going to this location due to terrible customer service burning off my eyebrows, forcing a tip before the Service is even done and ripping skin off of my face while doing my eyebrows, they burnt my eyebrows before when I got them laminated. I literally had hair falling out and no eyebrows after that and my eye eyebrows are so thick. This last time I went, I told her I was gonna go get cash to leave her a tip and she asked for my phone, even though my boyfriend already had paid before the service even started just no manners and no sanitation. This was just the last straw when she asked me to leave my phone a ripping skin off my eyebrow for like the 10th time. That’s what happeneds when you have attachment issues I should’ve left along time ago 🤣
