UPDATED REVIEW: I have now been a client for almost five years. I literally drive over an hour for my appointments because they are THAT GOOD. Every staff member is amazing, Val is my fav. Thanks S+W for spoiling me every visit ?I went to Salt + Wave for the first time yesterday. I almost didn't go for lack of online reviews, but I am so glad I didnt let that stop me. My experience started when I called to make my appointment. I spoke with Cassidee(sp?) one of the owners. She was super accommodating and helped me find a stylist and appointment time that would work for me(I have four kids, so not the easiest?). Wonderful! I got my haircut by Ella H. today. She was so sweet and patient. She is a great listener and let me know everything she was going to do before snipping away! I went in to do baby bangs, layers and a trim. She finished washing, cutting, styling and taking photos in about an hour! I have thick hair so that is a record. I loved the result. She was very observant and asked me questions of my comfort throughout the process. For example, I had gotten my ears pierced a week ago and she made sure to avoid unnecessary touching to my ears, even in the washing process. Val is one of the best colorist to ever work on my dark (gray blending) hair! He is so professional and always has a kind manner when talking with clients. I also met Libby, one of the owners and she was fantastic. Overall, I love this place!
