Repair work didn't stop water leak. I was told my car needed rear brake pads which I let them do. Here it is just a few months later and I had a noise comings from my rear brakes. It cost me $903 for repairs to rear brakes at another shop. Rush tech had screwed up the job. I retract my 4 stars and give them one star and do not recommend them to anyone!
Rush automotive is a top notch automotive service and repair shop! On my first visit with one hour before closing, they fit me right in for vehicle 4-wheel alignment! They did a fantastic job and they are a friendly bunch with great customer service skills. Their waiting lounge has theater style seating and they keep a super cool environment for this Texas heat! Another great thing they do is follow up with a phone call after you've had your vehicle back for a day or two to ensure you're satisfied with the work they performed!!! Skip the dealerships- go to Rush Automotive!!
I had a great experience with this shop and staff! Jose took the time to explain everything that was being done to my car and the charges associated with each thing. He is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his job and customers. The waiting area of the shop is immaculate, complete with movie theater seats, and an inside playscape for kids while you wait. I'm so happy to have found an honest and reputable shop to take my car, highly recommend!
