Heater broke down. Jim figured out the problem, picked up the parts from the store and got it fixed so we could have hot water ASAP. Was very friendly and did a great job of explaining what the issue was.

Roger was able to diagnose and resolve my plumbing issue same day. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did very good quality work and cleaned up. I would recommend him for future issues
