Made an appointment online for my son and I, and we arrived 5 mins before the appointment time. I was extremely ill, and so was my son. The front desk was so helpful, she even helped me complete my son’s check in paperwork because she saw how ill I was. We were immediately placed in a room and the tech came in to get our vitals and symptoms. We waited less than 20mins, the provider entered the room, with our test results and a plan of care. We were treated with compassion, in timely fashion and they really took care of us. She made sure I had support for everything I needed. Went in with major pain down my left leg from hip to ankle. They determined it was due to sciatica. I received a steroid shot, muscle relaxer, and pain reliever scripts. But equally effective was 6 simple exercises printed out, which has helped out immensely.
I love Next Level Crystal Falls!! They are professional and so very kind. They are friendly and always apologize if there is any wait. This is my go to place for any medical care I need. Thank you Next Level for always being a great place to come when I am not feeling well!!
