Leander Smiles is a dental practice with a wonderful staff, including a kind dentist, Dr. Hogge, and a great hygienist, Loren. The receptionist is also friendly and helpful. Patients appreciate the staff's kindness, making even scary situations pleasant. The practice is known for keeping patients informed of any issues and providing quality care without being overly focused on expensive equipment. However, some patients have experienced issues with the roughness of the teeth cleaning process and disorganization at the front desk.
New patient appointment. All of the staff from the receptionists to Dr. Hogge were awesome!! Elizabeth, my dental assistant was so great!! She is very knowledgeable and explained all my dental needs. Dr. Hogge was straight to the point and instead of recommending an expensive procesure gave me an alternative option. They accepted both of my insurances; I've had trouble finding a dental office that accepts both my Fed. BCBS and Humana. I couldn't ask for better care!!
The whole staff was wonderful. Loren the dental hygienist was great and did a great job . The Dentist was Dr.Hoogie I think and forgive me if my spelling of names is off, anyway he was very kind.the receptionist was great.Thank you for making a scary situation, pleasant. ... Kathleen yesian
Dr. Hogge and hygienist Loren are the BEST! I actually look forward to coming to the dentist, Loran is so sweet and personable! Thank you for keeping my teeth healthy and clean! Unlike other dentists in the area who are clearly trying to pay for their fancy equipment, Dr. Hogge monitors the situation and keeps you informed of any issues.
