Came in with an in-grown toenail and a half which I’d been sitting on for a few weeks and Dr. Naimat-Shahzad clearly layed out a treatment plan after giving me a light ribbing over not coming in sooner 😅. She gave me clear communication from start to finish of the procedure and made a process I was genuinely worried about feel fine! Also the PA or nurse she works with (whose name I can’t remember, sorry!) was super helpful and communicated excellently as well!
