On an extended RV trip, with engine problems driving thru Austin, we managed to get to Redbud Ranch RV Resort. Two dealers didn't have a human in the service department to talk to, the one that did promised to do the initial diagnosis in "about 3 days". Found Casey at Kroeker who said "bring it it, we'll get right on it." Got the truck towed to Kroeker at 2:30, at 5:45 I got a text that it was fixed. Total out the door was less than just the diagnosis fee at the dealer. I can't recommend these guys highly enough!!!!! And the truck runs great!Services: Electrical
I thought my duramax had turbo problems. Kicking all kinds of codes and was in limp mode. Long story short he charged me $185 and I was back on the road. awsome!!! He didn't try to give me the normal deisel $2k just to look at it. He fixed it and I've been driving it for 2 weeks no prob. Will recommend him to every deisel owner I know.
