This group did a great job installing our standby generator. We found them when my daughter was having an issuing with a GFCI kicking out. I called Elite and Tina was there in an hour. He spotted the problem and fixed it in 15 minutes. When it came time to install our generator, he gave us a reasonable quote and even tracked down a concrete base for it. It took some doing to move the generator around but, they got it spotted and running. Nice clean installation, also.

Andrea is very prompt in responding to emails, provided good information and worked with us to get an appointment asap, I didn’t expect to be accommodated with an appointment within a week. Ricky & Tino were professional, went out of their way to advise us of things that could go wrong or look wrong while installing our ceiling fans, when they could have easily just done it the way we initially thought would work fine. They even called the office when we had the wrong piece and had their boss bring us the correct one instead of having us go get it and have to bring them back again to complete.I highly recommend EES!

I cannot say enough good things about them. I have had difficulty finding a good electrician in the past (horror stories abound), but this was the opposite. They were quick to arrive, actually knew what they were talking about, and they took great care of me.Not to get into too many details, but my issue ultimately was due to the meter that's owned by the city. They helped call PEC on my behalf, told them what needs to happen, expedited it, and it worked like a charm. Everything was fixed with minimal fuss and that was not what I was expecting.Specifically, Yolanda came to the rescue. Not all heroes wear capes. :)
