I brought my son to see Dr. Mathew last night because he'd been having headaches. Thanks to his through exam he found that my sons optic nerves were inflamed and he suspected something was going on with his brain. He was right. He had an arachnoid cyst burst and the fluid caused a 5mm midline shift. So grateful to Dr. Mathews for the excellent care and pointing us in the right direction for help!
What a great experience from the moment I called to make my appt (new patient), to the moment I came back to get my finished glasses. Dr Mathew was so kind, taking the time to explain everything, double checking the numbers, and answering my questions. Crystal was a gem - she was doing it all with a smile and professionalism. Ora (hope I spelled that right!) is the queen of sassy glasses. She found me exactly what I wanted, never rushed me as they had so many to choose from, and really knows what works for you and your prescription. All together they make a great team.
I walked in with no appt and a broken pair of glasses and they took care of my problem with care and I was able to leave with my issue resolved. I plan to do further business here with these nice people
