I was referred to Armor roofing by a friend. Little did I know that it would be one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor . When you are making decisions on your own it is sometimes difficult to understand what the insurance company is paying for and what you are. Jim Hunter helped me through understanding my claim. Armor Contracting and Roofing are awesome! I first did business with the owner, Jim Hunter, back in 2009. We had a bad hail storm in Cedar Park, Tx. He replaced my roof, and a few of my neighbors roofs at the time...Jim and his crew did an amazing job. They worked with the insurance company, and got me a fantastic upgraded roof that was affordable... I never had any problems with the roof over the years....Now fast forward to 2025, i'm in a new home in Georgetown, that is only 3 years old. Recently I needed to have my roof replaced due to hail damage. I am a widow, and my husband has always handled the major house projects. Armor was highly recommended to me by Hill Country Seamless Gutters. I contacted Jim that day and he came by the next day to look at the roof. He was on time, very passionate about the quality of his work, extremely knowledgeable about roof replacement, had a solid understanding of the insurance process, over 25 years of experience; and a 5 star rating with the Better Business Bureau.
