Chris and the front office were very quick to respond to my request for a roof inspection. He knew the roof was older and a replacement was not an option at the moment. Did a thorough inspection and recommended a full roof tuneup to maintain for a little while longer. Michael did the work on a weekend morning and was prompt and provided constant communication on the status of the work.
Excellent experience. We noticed a leak after last night’s heavy downpour and called them for an inspection. Michael arrived within hours, completed a thorough assessment, made a few immediate repairs, and provided honest recommendations. Instead of pushing for a full roof replacement, as another inspector had previously suggested, they recommended a roof tune-up based on the actual condition of the roof. We really appreciated their professionalism, responsiveness, and integrity. It’s refreshing to work with a company that focuses on practical solutions rather than unnecessary upselling.
Called Chris and 2 hours later he showed up. He diagnosed the problem but did not have the silicon to fix it. He came back and took care of the issue and I am extremely happy with his service. work and the price was extremely low. He also set up up with a service to repair the water damage on the inside of the home.
