Excellent service for our neighborhood project (boat ramp repairs, new curb for park entrance, new drainage constructed, and other repairs). The crew was on time and was friendly, the work was completed timely and for the quoted prices, and the work was well done.
They were quickly responsive to coming out and doing the initial estimate. They also spoke with me, at my request, to review the estimate details and confer regarding the other estimates I received to ensure they were performing the same, and needed, work. They revised the estimate to include some updated wording to make sure we were good on the agreement. They stuck to the estimate cost and only added some for the additional maintenance word that we discussed having them perform while they were here. It took two days only to complete the repairs and they did a thorough and good job. Looks great! I would recommend them, and likely do business with them again, as needed.... read full review
What a wonderful experience. I had water dripping into my home after a big rain and American Traditional came within minutes to assess the problem. They put a temporary fix on my roof and then came back to do a great job to get it permanently fixed. Super communicative and professional. I'm so thankful I found them and look forward working with them on other home improvement projects.
