Dr. Pape helped me so much and did so with a kind, engaging and warm manner. I would definitely recommend seeking treatment with her. My injury is no longer keeping me from doing things I love and the pain is gone.

Went for a hamstring injury. While I didn’t get any improvement, I was impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the staff while under their care. I especially appreciated when, it was apparent I wasn’t getting any benefit, they suggested other options for therapy….instead of dragging me along for additional visits.

Dr. Pape is compassionate and caring. She takes the time to listen and understand the problem then provides education of the body and creates a program combining fascia release and strengthening exercises for long term improvement. I highly recommend Airrosti and Dr Pape!
