I almost didn’t want to tell anybody about this shop because they are so busy and the reason they are so busy is because they are so honest and transparent
He fixed my wife’s car my daughter car and my truck
Most of all my 64 mustang, I had really bad experience with other mechanic trying to fix my mustang, it felt like it was all about the money,
I highly recommend AEW to all my friends and family and will be coming back year to come

Trustworthy, honest shop. They came in 20% lower than the dealer, and did substantially more work than just what the dealer quoted for. Cannot recommend these guys enough - I will be back!

This is definitely my favorite place I've ever had vehicle work done at. Rich is an awesome dude that is definitely a car guy and was super welcoming to work on my manual Mazda RX-8 which had some clutch issues (we even talked about how he has had his own rotary-powered cars in the past!). I told him exactly the problems I was having and he found the problem in a matter of hours. He made sure to wait an extra day to double check everything was working as intended, and thankfully he did, because he ended up finding a few more issues that should be resolved. He was completely up front with everything and was texting me updates every day on what he was working on and what I should expect. The pricing was by far some of the best pricing I've ever come across, and he also chose super high quality replacement parts that he personally has experience with and trusts himself. It honestly restores my faith in smaller businesses, because these days, it seems like every business is out to take advantage of you to the maximum extent. I DEFINITELY do not get that feeling here. Fantastic place to have vehicle work done, and they will be super honestly with you about everything. Very glad to have come across these guys, and will absolutely be coming back when I need to. Also If anyone was curious, I had my clutch slave cylinder replaced initially, but the master cylinder started leaking as well from the damage caused by the slave cylinder going out. I also had my clutch switch replaced because it was found to be partially broken. Everything fully functional as expected afterwards with no issues 👍

There’s a reason these guys keep getting Great reviews: they deserve it! Rich and Curt are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They’ve worked on 2 of my cars now with excellent success. A+ all the way.
They are within the CapMetro pickup app radius in Leander - so you could use the Red Line commuter train to and from downtown Austin very easily to pickup and drop off.

My mom has been coming here for years and she’s convinced me to start coming as well ever since I had an issue with my window a year ago. They have always treated me fair, been very direct with what needs to be fixed, and got my car back to me as soon as they could. When they could not handle something they provided excellent referrals. Highly recommend this shop.

I searched Reddit, ChatGPT, and google for an honest mechanic. Unfortunately they all had same dishonest reviews in my area. I was referred to AEW from a body paint shop I went to earlier in Leander. Even though it was a 30 minute drive it was so worth it. Kurt was so nice and talked me through all my options. He didn’t even charge me for looking at my Mercedes that was having vibrations. Other places I called were so quick to give me their diagnostic fee and hung up. Take the drive…it’s worth knowing you are getting taken advantage of!

AEW is by far the best experience I have had with an auto mechanic! These guys -- especially Rich -- are down to earth, friendly, and they know their stuff with cars.
I will continue going back to AEW due to their fast service and phenomenal expertise. Would recommend to anyone in the state of Texas!
