We have been using this company for about a year. Owner is very nice but there seems to be a problem with every employee. Also my pool is not getting cleaned correctly. Its been 3 days since my pool has been cleaned and I'm out here trying to scrub black algae and green out of the pool. I feel if we payed for pool service I'm not supposed to be out here fixing or cleaning it. Also communication would be great. I tried to have patience but I'm just moving on to another company.
