Very honest, great to work with people. Ryan fixed my issues with my computer having the “blue screen of death” he was able to fix the corrupted file, then was able to also fix my graphics card problems that I was having with NVIDIA 3070Ti Definitely recommend them over Best Buy’s - geek squad.
