I took my daughter to Stanton Optical today & 2 lady’s named Brandi & Alexis took excellent care of us . She got the glasses she needed at a very reasonable cost. Great service!
I've been using Stanton for a few years now and I've never had a bad experience. The staff is always helpful and professional and cleanliness is beyond top notch. Went in yesterday for an eye exam and new glasses. My girlfriend and I were helped by Kinshara, the assistant store manager, and she is the reason I'm writing this review. Her customer service is impeccable and she took the time to really break down and explain all of the test results and what it all means. She was more than happy to answer any and all questions and never made me feel rushed or like a burden. Can not praise her enough!
Kinshara is a FANTASTIC wonderful lady and I cannot sing her praises enough! She's helped me multiple times and gotten me evrything I could need and helped me find how to make it affordable for me while still getting to feel like me in my new frames!
