They specialize in installment loans and have conveniently located branch offices where customers can receive personal service from trustworthy staff. Two such staff members, Karen and Janet, were noted for their kindness and helpfulness during the loan processing process. Dazja was also mentioned as being wonderful to work with and making customers feel welcome and good about their decisions. Overall, Security Finance and its staff are known for providing great customer service and being a reliable resource for short-term loans.
Karen always provides excellent customer service and is friendly to speak with, even when i forget to make my payment. lol....I also appreciate the calls when there is availability on my loan as well. Thank you! :)
